doula support FOR pregnancy, birth
AND BEYOND
welcome
Hello, I’m Grace, a doula based in Norwich, Norfolk. I’m so pleased you’ve found my page because it means you know choosing how you’re supported in pregnancy and birth matters. This isn’t a box-ticking exercise or something to leave to chance, it’s the beginning of your family’s story.
If you’re here, chances are you’re someone who values autonomy, thoughtful decision-making and care that feels human. You know how easily people can feel sidelined during pregnancy and birth, and you’re not willing to accept that as “just the way it is.” You want to feel steady, informed, and well supported as you prepare to meet your baby.
This kind of preparation goes deeper than generic advice or quick-fix courses. It’s about having someone alongside you who knows you, understands your priorities, and shows up consistently. Someone whose role is to support you.
That’s where my work sits. I provide dedicated, one-to-one doula care, offering continuity, reassurance and unwavering support throughout pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood. My focus is always on your experience, your choices and your sense of confidence.
I believe pregnancy is the foundation for the parent you’re becoming. Supporting families during this time is something I feel privileged to do.

about me
I’m a mother to two wonderful daughters who each came into my life through adoption and surrogacy. My journey to motherhood has been non-traditional, shaped by resilience, love and the kindness of others. These experiences have given me profound empathy and a deep respect for the many ways women and families grow.
Supporting our amazing surrogate throughout her pregnancy and birth ignited something powerful in me: a desire to stand beside women through one of life’s most transformative experiences. I saw how vital it is to have someone listening and advocating for you with compassion during birth and beyond.
Although I haven’t experienced pregnancy myself, I believe this allows me to approach each woman’s journey with openness and without preconceived expectations. My care is grounded in listening, respecting individual choices and providing truly unbiased, personalised support every step of the way.
Creating a space for women to feel held in amongst a tricky maternity landscape is something I feel is so needed now. Let’s work together to prioritise your positive birth experience.
Based in Norwich, I support families across Norfolk and surrounding areas in pregnancy and birth, offering both in-person and virtual care. I trained with BirthBliss and am a pediatric first aider.
How does it feel to have me as a doula?
Women I support often share that they begin to feel more at ease within themselves. More grounded and more at home in their bodies. And a decrease in the overwhelm that comes with so much information, replaced with a quieter sense of clarity and trust in what feels right for them.
They also have a deeper connection to their own intuition, allowing them to move towards birth feeling guided from within, rather than pulled in different directions. When intensity does arise, there’s more steadiness and an ability to meet those moments with trust, rather than fear. And with that, a sense of emotional and mental readiness for birth begins to settle in.
Partners, too, often find their place more clearly. They feel more grounded in themselves, more confident in their role and more able to offer calm, steady, and meaningful support throughout labour and birth.
REVIEWS
ANNA
“My third pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience was full of life-changing moments which Grace helped us to navigate beautifully. During the pregnancy, I could genuinely unburden myself and trust her with my needs.
You can focus your energy on your pregnancy and birth, and be confident Grace will be a strong doula, advocate and spokesperson for you.”
MARINA
“Grace is a wonderfully kind, caring person who was always there for me with gentle reassurance and lots of experience and knowledge in the realm of postpartum. Sometimes you need an experienced ear to offer guidance and I cannot recommend Grace enough for this.”
suzy
“Grace offered new approaches to breastfeeding and keeping my supply up. However, throughout my mental health was suffering significantly and as a Solo Mum By Choice I felt very alone in it. Over time Grace was instrumental in helping me get some perspective, understand that breastfeeding was not the only way I could bond with my baby and helped me find other ways to feel close to him.”

BIRTH DOULA SERVICE
With Grace Package
From £1,450
The With Grace package is designed to provide bespoke and continuous emotional, practical and informational support throughout your pregnancy, birth and 6 weeks postnatally. Together, we’ll build trust, confidence and a shared understanding of your wishes so you feel calm and supported every step of the way. Whatever comes up, you don’t have to hold it on your own. I’m here: consistently, calmly and with you at the centre of every conversation.
During our two antenatal sessions (each around 2 hours), we’ll explore how the body is beautifully designed to give birth, including the hormones that support labour and how to work with your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll discuss your fears and hopes for your birth, exploring locations, comfort measures, pain relief options so you feel informed and prepared for every outcome. We’ll also talk about your postnatal care preferences, covering feeding, newborn care, emotional wellbeing and support systems to ensure you feel ready for life with your new baby.
If you’ve given birth before, we can reflect on previous experiences - celebrating what went well and gently unpacking anything that felt difficult - to help you approach this birth with renewed confidence.
I’ll be on call 24/7 from 38–42 weeks, offering reassurance, practical guidance and advocacy. During labour and birth, I will be by your side, offering a calming presence and techniques to keep you centered. Above all, we will be a team, but this is your birth and together we’ll make sure your wishes are understood. I’ll make sure you and your partner are settled after the birth, ensuring you are in a safe bubble with your new baby.
Following your baby’s arrival, I provide two postnatal visits for debriefing your birth experience, feeding support and continued emotional care. You’ll also have ongoing phone and WhatsApp support throughout pregnancy and for two weeks after birth.
I work collaboratively with your wider support team to ensure clear communication, so you always feel seen, heard and held.
Virtual Package
From £950
At the heart of my work as a doula is building trust by ensuring you feel truly seen and giving you continuity of care. This doesn’t have to change just because we’re not always in the same room. You can still experience this depth of support with me as your virtual doula.
This offering is flexible and responsive, shaped around you and what you need during this transformative time. It includes four hour-long online sessions, which are designed bespoke to your needs. We’ll chat first to determine how best to spend that time.
From the third trimester (from 27 weeks), I’m also available to support you by phone, in a way that works best for you. This might look like:
Preparing together for an upcoming hospital appointment
Talking through an appointment you’ve just had with someone who knows you and understands birth
Offering reassurance and perspective as you move beyond your due date
The Virtual Package may work for you if:
Finances won’t allow for the With Grace package
I am fully booked in your due month
You don’t live in Norfolk
POSTNATAL SERVICE
£30 per hour | Up to 4 hours per day
The weeks following birth can be as transformative as the birth itself - a time of healing, adjustment and new beginnings. My role as your postnatal doula is to help create a calm, nurturing environment where you and your family can settle in, rest and find your rhythm together.
I’ll come to your home to offer emotional and practical support that makes daily life a little easier. This might include light household tasks, preparing food, taking your dog for a walk or entertaining older children so you can have some precious time to yourself. I’m also there to care for your baby while you nap, shower or simply take a moment to breathe.
Alongside the practical help, I provide emotional support and reassurance. Listening without judgment, celebrating your wins and offering guidance around feeding and newborn care. My aim is to help you feel confident and supported during this special transition.
We’ll work together to find a routine that feels right for you, whether that’s a few days a week or more regular visits. Above all, I’m committed to walking alongside you during this unique and tender time, offering care that adapts to your needs and honours your journey into parenthood.
